Dr. Phillip D. Grimes
Dr. Grimes attended the University of Houston College of Optometry and received a Bachelor of Science and then his Doctor of Optometry in 1971. Dr. Grimes served in the U.S. Army for two years as a captain before opening his practice in Mustang in 1973. He has served on the Mustang City Council and the Mustang Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Dr. Grimes is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. He and his wife Leta have two daughters and four grandchildren.

Dr. Ryan Emrick
Dr. Emrick joined our office in May, 2010. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2006 and a Doctor of Optometry degree from Northeastern State in 2010. He lives in Mustang and is engaged to Kelli Randall. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. He was recognized as the NSU Optometry School Student of the Year in 2010 and awarded the Carl Zeiss Fellowship for Academic Excellence and Involvement. He plans to become involved in the Mustang community and his hobbies include attending OU sporting events, cooking, and playing with his dog, Baden.

Angela Kyle
Angela came to our office in August 2008. A wife and mother of three, Angela graduated high school in Colorado and attended Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado. Before coming to our office she worked for Angelina Eye Center in Lufkin, Texas. She works in the lab and frame areas and also pre-tests and works the front desk as needed.

Rusti Boyles
Rusti came to our office in March 2009. She attended Cleveland State Community College for two years. Rusti has had over 5 years experience in the optical field and over 15 years in various medical settings specializing in customer service and insurance reimbursement. She will be working at the front desk and learning other areas as well.

Kristy Yeargain
Kristy rejoined our office in August 2007. She is a 1990 graduate of Mustang High School. She has a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma University with an emphasis in Occupational Therapy. Kristy has been a licensed Occupational Therapist for several years. She has experience in all areas of our office, especially insurance and optical.

Tara Cecil
Tara has been with our office since May 2008. Tara received a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma State University majoring in Speech Communication with a minor in Sociology. She has seven years experience in eye care, including working as a research coordinator on studies regarding macular degeneration.
Leah Kocik
Leah joined our office in March 2009. She had four years experience in the optical field with an ABO certification. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado majoring in Elementary Education and Human Services.
Stefanie Woodard

p>Stefanie has worked in our office for over 15 years. She attended Oklahoma City Community College for two years and OU Health Sciences Center for one year. She is presently working in the insurance office, but has experience in most areas.
