Dr. Dobson received his Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and his Doctorate from the Northeastern State University College of Optometry, where he graduated summa cum laude and received the Award for Clinical Excellence.
Dr. Dobson practices primary care optometry, which includes fitting all types of contact lenses and glasses. He is a member of the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians (OAOP) and the American Optometric Association (AOA).
Dr. Dobson enjoys spending time with his family, watching and playing sports, reading and outdoor activities.

Dr. Diane Tong was born and raised in Mustang, OK. She is first-generation Vietnamese-American. She was raised in a tight-knit family consisting of three sisters. She attended the University of Oklahoma for her undergraduate studies. Dr. Tong completed her optometry degree in Massachusetts at MCPHS University. Dr. Tong was selected to be part of Gold Key International Honor Society for leadership distinction. At the time of graduation, the university awarded her with Clinical Excellence in Anterior Segment and Contact lenses and Clinical Excellence in Primary Optometry.
Dr. Tong practices primary care optometry with a special interest in specialty contact lenses and management of dry eye. She has extensive experience with refractive eyecare and lens exchange management.
She is a member of the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians (OAOP) and the American Optometric Association (AOA).
Dr. Tong is excited to be back in Oklahoma and be part of the growing community. In her free time she likes to play tennis and pickleball, travel, spend time with friends and family, and play with her dog.

Dr. Kristen Belote grew up in Edmond, OK. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Business. Dr. Belote then attended the UIW Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, TX where she graduated with her Doctorate of Optometry. She enjoyed the optometric training she received during her externships at both Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center at Lackland Air Force Base and Brooke Army Medical Center Troop Medical Clinic at Fort Sam Houston.
Dr. Belote practices primary care optometry with a special interest in dry eye management. She enjoys fitting patients of all ages in glasses and contact lenses. Dr. Belote is a member of the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians (OAOP) and the American Optometric Association (AOA).
Dr. Belote is the eldest of three sisters and comes from a close-knit family. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, riding her horses, traveling, baking, and trying out new restaurants.

Nathan
ABO CERTIFIED, OFFICE/OPTICAL MANAGER
Nathan has over 30 years experience as an optician and joined the Vision Source Mustang family in 2018. He is well known in the Oklahoma City metro area optical field. Beginning as a lab technician in 1996, Nathan was quickly promoted to General Manager and later to Regional Trainer for a leading optical chain. Since 2002 he has been a Certified Optician through the American Board of Opticianry. Nathan has the skills and knowledge to assist patients with any challenging optical need that arises.

ABO CERTIFIED, LEAD OPTICIAN
Darla has a passion for people. She has worked in customer service for the last 31 years. Prior to joining Vision Source Mustang in 2018, she worked for an optometric practice for 4 years. Originally from Texas, Darla came to Oklahoma for college in 1993 and met her husband Mike, a native of Mustang. Together, they have raised their four children in Mustang for the last 20 years. You may recognize her as a familiar face, as she previously worked part-time with the City of Mustang Parks and Recreation.

Mandi is a dedicated professional with five years experience in optometry and is passionate about her career. She continually seeks to grow and excel in her field, and finds great fulfillment in her work. Outside of work, Mandi is a proud parent of two boys and a grandparent to one and cherishes her time spent with family. She leads an active lifestyle enjoying workouts and embracing pursuits that keep life exciting and fulfilling.

Maria is a bilingual optician with many years of experience in providing eye care and eyewear solutions. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to delivering clear communication with all patients. Maria enjoys spending time with her husband and twin daughters.

Blanca has an extensive 23-year career dedicated to providing exceptional eye care throughout the Oklahoma City area. Blanca is fluent in both English and Spanish. Her comprehensive understanding of all facets of the optometrist’s office is a cornerstone of her expertise. When she is not enhancing the vision of her patients, Blanca finds joy in cooking for family and friends, tending to her garden, and cherishing moments with her beloved daughter who she adores and her loving husband.

CERTIFIED PARAOPTOMETRIC CODER, BILLING SPECIALIST
Sandy has 38 years of experience in retail customer service and over 15 years experience as an optician and optometric technician. She joined the Vision Source Mustang family in 2019. Sandy is a 1984 graduate of Mustang High School and recently moved back to Oklahoma after living in California and Indiana. She has two sons, Kasym and Ivan, both adopted from Russia and two beautiful grandsons. Sandy loves cooking, photography and spending time with her family and dog.

OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN
Lillian joined the Vision Source Mustang family in 2024. She was born and raised in Mustang and is a graduate of Mustang High School. Lillian is a Certified Notary Public and has over 7 years of customer service experience. She is actively working toward her paraoptometric certification and loves working with patients of all ages. Lillian is a huge animal lover, avid book reader and talented songwriter.

Macy has always been passionate about customer service and the medical field. When she recently found herself needing glasses, she knew she had found her place. Macy enjoys helping others and spending time with her husband and their animals. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends. -
Brooke
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Brooke has worked in customer service for 10 years and is a graduate of Mustang High School. She is an adamant animal and marine life lover and loves spending time with her family and cat, Chunkers. Brooke enjoys photography, seeing live shows, and going to museums. She loves to spoil our office with delicious homemade sweets and treats!
