I went in a couple of weeks ago for an eye exam for contacts. Scheduling my appointment was easy, and my contacts came in pretty fast. The reason I'm taking the time to write a review is because the staff was amazing. I had to take my 11 month old with me and they went out of their way to be accommodating. It's not easy to handle a baby while getting an eye exam and I felt so bad that I had to bring her with me. They were so sweet and the optometrist has a little one himself so he kept busy with toys while doing the exam and even gave her a quick eye exam.

They were very clear about my diagnosis (pun intended!) The nurse was very helpful and made sure I knew what to expect. I didn’t have to dilate my eyes for the check up. They had another method available and it only cost $40. I didn’t have insurance when I went. I picked a designer frame, makes out all the nifty protection stuff for my lenses and came out with only a $500 price tag. They had another pair of glasses that would have cut costs significantly, and I didn’t have to do all the cool anti scratch and anti blue light stuff, but I did because I chose to. I would go back in a heart beat!!!

My last eye exam went Great, Great customer service greet as you walk in, attend to you in a timely matter, respectful and Great attitude and personally. The place is always clean and smelling good and decoration to a comfort zone. Dr. Dodson is Great also listen to my issues, explain everything he was doing and what was best my eyes. He didn't let me leave till he was for sure I was happy with my eye exam and glasses and contacts. I high recommend them to anyone. I blessed to have them as my eye clinic. They attend to my children to and they love it there also.

I’m a new patient and I will never go elsewhere. I called to make an appointment when I was on my last pair of contacts. Immediately I was offered some to hold me over until the visit. The day of the appointment I didn’t wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. The visit was like having a nice conversation with a friend. So super professional with great people skills. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor. The doctor I used to see for years retired and I was really afraid I’ll never find another one as good. I promise, I’m in good hands.

The entire staff is always a pleasure to deal with at Vision Source Mustang. They all are very competent in their profession and are not pushy with any of there product's. Been going there for 3-4 yrs now and will continue to do so as long as I live here.

Absolutely AMAZING! I have been a patient for almost 2 years. I have never had a single issue. They're always kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, and staff is the absolute BEST. I am a nurse & during this pandemic I obviously have to wear PPE 12h a day. I called asking if there was anything I could do due to my glasses fogging. It was miserable. Nathan, Dr. Dobson and the staff went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me. You just don't find this kind of service anymore at many places. I will be forever grateful to Vision Source Mustang! If u are looking for an eye doc that will treat you like family you found the right place! Dr. Dobson, Nathan, and all the staff THANK YOU SO SO MUCH! Yall are are AMAZING!!!
